MyGlucoHealth, FDA cleared Bluetooth diabetes testing and management application

MyGlucoHealth is a diabetes management system that permits testing results on the MyGlucoHealth Bluetooth blood glucose testing meter to be transmitted to your mobile phone and uploaded to your MyGlucoHealth personal health record web portal. The application provides the interface to your health record and diabetes management portal with features that include: 1) review of your most recent blood sugar test results, 2)messaging directly from the application to clinical care team, 3) Alerts can be sent by text or email to caregivers, family and clinical care team, 4) View results in various charts and table formats, 5) Enter fitness, weight, exercise and nutritional date, 6) Automated medication and testing reminders.

Please note the a MyGlucoHealth Blood Glucose Meter kit is required to use this application.
